If you have any doubts about your suitability for breathwork, please consult your GP, and the facilitator before participating.


Ice Baths are not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions such as cardiovascular conditions, Raynaud's Disease, Pregnancy, Cryoglobulinemia, Respiratory Conditions, Hypertension, Peripheral Arterial Disease, Open Wounds or Infections, Elderly Individuals, Individual Allergies or Sensitivity, or physical limitations. If you have any doubts about your suitability for ice baths, please consult your GP, and the facilitator before participating.
